At Zafaya Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Delivery & Product Check

Always check your product in front of the delivery person.

If the product is wrong, damaged, or leaked, the delivery person will take it back.

In such cases, delivery charges will be covered by us.

2. Product Not Satisfactory

If you are not satisfied with the product, you must return it via the delivery person by paying the delivery charge.

3. Important Notice

Complaints after the delivery person has left will not be accepted.
